The RAPID/6X trigger sensor has a lower tank position, so less hot water needs to be used before the system begins heating. The result is a higher frequency cycles & more hot water when you need it.

Unlike other compact heat pumps, the RAPID/X6 includes a full-capacity heat pump, with the same output as our larger volume models. So the RAPID/6X will recover stored water at a quicker rate and more frequently, which means you will have more hot water when you need it.

Heat pumps have had a reputation for being noisy, so we spent two years reducing the running level of the RAPID/6X. With a low 43 dpa operating sound, it is now one of the quietest, heat pumps on the market.

Not all heat pumps are built for cold-weather performance. The RAPID/6X incorporates a smart defrost function and has been classified with a Class A rating, which means it's heating capacity has been tested at below freezing 0°C conditions.

We understand that every home has unique hot water needs. So we made it easy to customise the RAPID/6X, with four unique heating modes. With one button you can up the temperature or maximise savings.
with a backup plan built in.
Hot water emergencies, happen when you least expect them! So we added a backup element mode to the controller. If you experiencing a fault with the heat pump switching to element mode will activate the electric element, heating 75%, of stored water to 70°c. So your home will always have a source of hot water.
